"This rating was a direct result of Claire Arca, the travel agent we dealt with from start to finish. From the start, she understood what we were looking for and then was very prompt in delivering, from the cruise, to airline tickets, to car rental. In addition, she has gone above and beyond our expectations. One specific example is when we were looking to get off the ship after the cruise was over, we felt we were not informed and therefore, did not pre-order tickets to shuttle us from the ship back to the airport and our flight left only a few hours after we docked. Royal Carribean was unable to do much, although did indicate that we should contact our travel agent...this was Sunday and we were to get off the ship on Monday at 8:00 am with our flight leaving for the States at 11:00 am. Her office was closed and frantically I remembered she gave me a personal phone number, which I did call, and as I was leaving her a message, she called me back before I could even leave her a message. I relayed our dilemma on to her and she called me back within a couple hours with a ride from the cruise ship back to the airport...Phenominal service!!!"
